What Does this CBC Test Result Mean?

My son underwent CBC. The result shows monocytes values as 6.8.He is suffering from fever since a week which is around 101 degree Centigrade.His RBC morphology shows Mild Hypochromia/Anisocytosis/Poikilocytosis and Elliptocytes as occasional.Is it serious.Please confirm.

no it is not serious at all, all the parameters are within normal limits, the reason of fever has to be investigated ,get the complete your profile done.
